Featured Pottery Mask

    I know this is a souvenir piece, but still wondering where it is from. Measures 11"long and is 8 1/4" wide.

    The distinctive little black and red line "comb-like" patterns, combined with the coiled spirals, are characteristic of pottery from Venezuela.

    Right. Quibor is the city, which is in the state of Lara, Venezuela. But the style is also found made in other nearby locations.
