Please help Identify This Poppy Field Painting

    This appears to be an oil painting. The frame measures 30 X 26 and the canvas itself measures 25 X 21. The tape on the back is old and peeling off. Any and all information appreciated. Thank you!

    I am getting a factory painting vibe from this. Indistinct signature and inventory number on the back are telltale signs.
