Identify this childs chair

I have been searching to find a similar child size chair, but cannot find anything like this. Can anyone help identify it? Thank you!

Chairs like this are very hard to identify, as they were made by a lot of people over decades. I am thinking late 19th at the earliest or, more likely, 20th century due to the uniformity of the turnings. Wood appears to be birch. You don't give dimensions. Any possibility that this is an adult chair that has been cut down?

 

It is 21.5" tall by 15.5 " wide.
