Pottery Dish with White Flowers

    I can't quite make out the text on the bottom of this piece from the photo. But maybe somebody will recognize this name. Something like R____ville? USA 6-10. I would greatly appreciate any information on history or value. thank you. FullSizeRender copy 2.jpg FullSizeRender3copy3w.jpg

    after searching online, it looks like these might be clematis, rather than magnolia?

    It's Roseville Clematis, a late period line introduced in 1944. It came in brown, blue, and green. The # you're seeing on the bottom near Roseville USA (6-10) is the shape. Clematis had 47 different shapes ranging from candlesticks to jardinières.

    Price of Roseville depends greatly on condition, any cracks, chips, or repairs will diminish the value greatly. Assuming there are no condition issues I'd say this bowl would be worth $80 in a retail setting.
