  1. Looking for this Limoges (I think La Seynie) tray to replace for my mom. My toddler broke it!

    Welcome Adrienne.
Oh dear. That will happen, the most important thing is that your toddler is ok.
I took the liberty of posting your mom's wounded tray full image, so the others know what to look for:

Probably the best you can do is find a similar one. If your mom isn't too bothered, just forget about it. It looks hobbyist painted from here.

I was going to say the same as the others. Hobbyist painted.

Use search words of Limoges vanity tray Forget Me Knots. Maybe you can find something else. Although the one in wiscbiddogs' link is very pretty.

Welcome Adrienne - Accidents happen, poor little tyke. White blanks for Limoges still turn up. It's a long shot but it may be possible to find a plain white tray and then a hobbyist painter who could re-create the design.

Could it possibly be professionally repaired?

Surely Mom would love anything made by her grandchild?

But so pretty, a shame. The breaks look quite clean, so maybe possible to repair so it 'displays well' even if not safe to use.

What are the other pieces in the set? Set of what?

Now you're like all families and will have the story to tell.

Every year when I place my hand decorated Christmas ornament (circa 1950) with my name on it on the tree, we say "Brother had one too, until Little Niece broke it." (I left their names off, don't want to blame anyone.) Your story will be "oh that set used to have a tray, but Toddler broke it."

I would do what others suggested, try to repair it well enough for display. The glues they have out now are really fantastic. I had a clean break on one of my artisan made (OOAK) canister lids (pottery) and after gluing it together, it hardly shows and I continue to use it.
