The pin clutches look older; one of two jump rings is partially attached, the other is a crude replacement (pics 2 & 4). Can y'all say what nation awarded it, when, an' for what unit or campaign?
    Thanks for lookin'!

This is what AI says. Do you think it's correct?

    AI Overview

    • The image shows a National Order of Vietnam fifth-class (Knight) medal, featuring a five-pointed gilt and green enameled star with a central red medallion inscribed "TỔ-QUỐC TRI-ÂN" (Fatherland's Gratitude) and a dragon suspension.
    • Established in 1950 by the Republic of Vietnam, it was the highest military and civil honor awarded for extraordinary service and acts of conspicuous gallantry.
    • This specific grade includes a red and yellow ribbon and distinct Vietnamese-style dragon and cloud motifs crafted in gilt metal and enamel.
