Hepplewhite Style chairs

    Any way to find out if these are reproductions or date them? The inside is horse hair with burlap underneath the dust covering upload_2026-8-24_13-34-37.jpeg

    Its hard to tell from your pic. You need to post close ups of the joinery etc. But from here they look to be repros to me.

    I don’t see the spade feet; more photos are needed. The overall presentation seems less airy and nuanced than I would expect from the 18th Century. From just this photo I would call it a revival piece from the early 20th Century.
