This is for sale. It's advertised as "This is a rare cameo made from natural agate, featuring a carving of Minnie Mouse"

It's probably a little rare, since it has the disney copyright on it. I don't think this is hand carved.

Is this agate and hand carved, or is it pressed on junk or possibly agate. Though I don't know how they could do that.

Any advice on what it is, what it's made of, and what the cost should be, would be appreciated.

Not "singing" to me. It could be one of those dyed, laser-cut "cameos", but I'm betting it's some sort of synthetic. I'd bet @Bronwen has seen one before.

This is a Disney Minnie Mouse cameo cabochon featuring a white relief carving of Minnie holding a bouquet of flowers against a rich, dark reddish-brown background

This item is a genuine vintage Disney Minnie Mouse agate cameo.
    • Front Details: It is finely carved onto natural agate gemstone (menou), showcasing Minnie Mouse in her classic retro attire holding a large bouquet of flowers.
    • Back Details: The reverse side features a polished, glossy dark brown surface with an official, clean "© DISNEY" laser-engraved stamp, verifying its authenticity as a licensed Disney product.
These loose agate cameos were produced for high-quality jewelry design, allowing them to be custom-set into precious metal borders for brooches, rings, or pendants.

The copyright may be laser cut, but the image is ultrasonically cut, a process that allows for endless copies of a single image. This has come up before. Just one example:
