What can you tell about this mask 23 cm?

I have found this mask in flea market, yesterday.

it could be a passport mask , if small enough.

maybe a tourist version of a Ngombe mask..

Based on some of its stylistic features, I believe your mask was made in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly by a Pende carver. (The Ngombe are also located in the DRC). Features such as its triangular form, the cap-like hair, the squared off nose, and the triangular forms along the edge can be seen in other Pende "kindombolo" masks. Kindombolo masks, portraying a clown or troublemaker, can be quite variable.

When masks are made for sale, they may or may not closely follow traditional forms, and sometimes combine forms from different groups. Your mask shows signs that it may have been made for sale rather than to be worn in a dance - the flat back, and only two holes near the top for a single cord, suggest it was meant to hang on the wall.
