Everhard auction , Savannah GA...oct 28

I just fell on this , researching native art.
2 pieces.. Davidson & D.Bob ... so under estimated ..... it's laughable !!!

Coins..for @daveydempsey
Posters for @Tiquer
Cameo for @Bronwen
a little something for everyone else..

Afraid the only piece in the cameo lot that caught my eye at all has a broken setting & no pin. The giant clam could come here, & there were a number of items among the NA offerings that I liked.

There is actually a cameo in another Invaluable auction that I want with all my heart. And there's one on eBay I'm hoping will be under appreciated by others. Wish me luck.

I though u should see them anyways , y'know, hidden gem ??

Good luck !

It's true. You never know where some little treasure will pop up. Of the 2 I'm hoping to win, one is much older than they imagine & the other, a hardstone piece with a signature I recognize, is being offered as shell.

Unfortunately, the first one is being offered with another item that is probably what has attracted the bids already placed. That auction takes place tomorrow.

So far I'm the only bidder on the other one, but the time between now & when it ends is an eternity.
