Does anyone recognize this large glass vase? Technique? Murano?

I picked up this large glass vase from a thrift store and have seen similar swirls in some that say Murano. I do not know if the opal spots with the clear is called marbled or swirls or what? Also it has reddish orangish outlines toward the bottom of the vase and on the bottom. I do not even know if it is handmade, do you. It measures 13 1/2 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches across the top. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
