Not any of the ones in Webster's book on Wheeling Decorating. Not anything that I recognize.

As far as online sources, Chatabout or R about the best. R has more, but Chatabout is more reliable as far as Id's.

Edge looks like glue chip with gold applied. Have never seen a piece of commercial glass with glue chip decoration.

I had to go look up what glue chip is. I can't say one way or the other how it was created but the pattern appears to be etched into the glass and in areas it actually looks floral.

(My sister is a glass artist working with recycled glass so she probably knows about the hide glue texturing but it's not an inherited knowledge:))

Couldn't see anything floral in the pics. Glue chip can look quite fern-like at times.

It's possible that's what it is, I have no idea. These are about the best photos I can get of the detail.

Madeley and Shetlar's book on stretch glass goes into good detail on how to identify server handles. According to what I see there, this is most likely a Northwood piece as others have stated. I have no idea if they decorated it or not, but it is a very good starting point.
