Suacer with cup not sure who made this

    Ok, that is a teabowl and saucer. The flower is sometimes called Adam's rose and the decorative technique is spongeware (you'll see some as spatterware). It's 19th C probably English and not sure that you'll be able to find a maker unless it's marked.

    It may be even earlier than that, and it may also be Scottish. A lot of spongeware was made there.
