The backing papers have handwritten "Colorado" but no idea if the views are from there. The framing labels are "The Green Lantern", the address is blurry to read but seems like there is a company with the name in Carrollton, GA.
Of course, can't read the signature.

The auction house is located in California. I don't know whether the artist might have been from there, too? The hills in the backgrounds of yours remind me of California.
