Culture and Mark on this figurine.

    Really cute, rose.
    Not an expert on porcelain, but Uzbekistan manufactures and exports a lot of porcelain, and the women's costume has those round hats with a shawl at the back (so do some other 'stans). Is that the 'stan you were thinking of?

    Leningrad makes sense, most of the 'stans used to be Soviet. And they made a lot of these charming scenes.
