Horse's head glass weight

    Can't remember for the life of me if I posted this before. elsewhere, it's been suggested it's Steuben - anyone?

    I don't remember Steuben ever doing a horse like this ...but ..I may well be wrong.
    The base throws me off a little..and I think a piece this nice if done by Steuben would be signed.

    There's a sort of siggie in the second photo? It's something with an S in it. It's really well done, and driving me mad. ;0
