Can Anyone Remember This Mark?

Having a CRS moment. I can't remember whose mark this is and am hoping someone here can put me out of my misery.

 

It almost looks like Royal Bonn without the wording??? I will have to look.

 

Looks like Germany.To the right of the anchor.

Ludwig Wessel, Bonn (as per Rontgen). You can just see the LW as in the mark Shiloh showed. No help on the date.

I decided to help the seller with correct id, thanks to you, Bob and Shiloh. It had been posted in Royal Crown Derby. Here's the reply: "thank you mistake by my ebay rep." Ebay rep? What is an ebay rep? Someone who does the listings for the seller?

 

Exactly - part of my "full time" employment is writing listings, with or without research. Problem is that they pay the same so the time used on research is "cost time" as opposed to items that don't require much research. But when you are dealing with a company that is serious about their listings the remuneration can be better than you might think...............

 

Huh. Well I'm sure, Mansons, that you do a bang-up job. This seller's rep, not-so-much. Although a nice plate, not that valuable.
