    I think it's a Blolo Bian/spirit husband sculpture of the Baoule People, Ivory Coast.

    Here are keywords I picked up while Googling. Four different ways to spell Baoule, LOL.

    Côte d'Ivoire, Ivory Coast
    Baoulé, BAULE, BAOULE, BAWULE

    Blolo Bla ("spirit-wife")
    Blolo Bian ("spirit-husband")
