Dean Cornwell faded print - signed and dedicated - any value?

    I'm pulling everything out of the closet theses days. I bought this print at a tag sale here in Denver about 8 or 9 years ago. The print is pretty faded but it is signed by Cornwell and dedicated to Martin Deforest Smith. It's titled Osler at Old Blockley, from the Pioneers of American Medicine series of 6 different scenes. I saw some speculation that these may have been given out to doctors(for some reason).
