Metal Wizard Statue

    Does anyone know what this may be? I have not been able to find anything out about this item. It is made of metal and is hollow. The cup he is holding has a hole in it, as if you could put something in it. The bottom has an engraved signature, but I can not make it out. It does have the number 85, a date perhaps?

    I guess it could be for one of those. My pinky finger barely fits into that hole in the cup.
