Depression Glass? Elegant Glass, Pattern?

    I just got back from the thrift store and have not taken the time to clean this vase yet. The pink color is like other depression glass I've seen, but I don't know if it is depression glass or maybe elegant glass. And does anyone recognize the design as a pattern? It is large, 8.5 inches tall. Thanks for any help!

    The grey cutting is hand done, that eliminated "Depression" glass, all machine made. Its Elegant, at the very least.
