any idea what this is?

Hi maybe im asking a stupid question but i cant seem to find anything out about this. I picked it up at an auction with an "The old foley trio". Ive searched the net and cannot find anything similar. It is unmarked so probably of no value but I quite like it and wondered about its origin. I also picked up a couple of dishes and not really sure about these either. They are marked Victoria K&C RD No 69165 Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks lauragarnet I'll have a look at that site now. pattern is the same but mine is coloured so must be Keeling.
