[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] I don’t know anything about furniture but I’ve always wondered about my dresser. My father had it as long as I can remember and I don’t know how or when he got it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if there are any other pictures that would be helpful.

Hello Ron and welcome to the board.

You will need to reduce your picture size to 1mb or smaller.
If on your phone - email them yourself as medium, save them then post from there.

Looking forward to trying to help you.

    Yea! Persistence pays off.

I see a gentleman's dresser from around the late 1800s to early 1900s

There doesn't seem to be any marks on it or anything. I am guessing there isn't anyway to know who made it? Are those worth anything?

...Complete with teardrop pulls and original key.

Most of these would have had a mirror. Take a look on the back and see if there are any holes were screws used to be.

Regardless, it's a nice gentleman's dresser. I'd date it to around 1870-90. Unfortunately not worth alot these days, but still very functional!

No holes in the back. The key and locks are both really cool. The locks are what led me to believe it was old.

Agree …. renaissance revival circa 1870 and missing the mirror. Pulls on the handkerchief boxes are not original.
