Help with what I thinks an antique or near that in age basket TY

    I liked the look of this basket and thought it was interesting for it to have metal woven into the design At one glance it looks like copper and then it also has a brass look too I am thinking the philip's head screws does not make it terribly old but I was thinking it might be early 1900's? It is just a guess Any info on this would be great

    Approx 7" tall x 8 1/8" wide x 6" wide

    That looks to my eye like a very recent Asian import, one giveaway being the closure. Let's wait and see what others say.

    I agree. I'm sitting near a very similar one from Pier1 circa year 2000.
