What is this bottle? (Information below photos)

This bottle came in a lot that I bought at auction.

It is a blue glass surrounded in what I assume is pewter.

It does say something about toilet on the bottom so I guess it must be some sort of perfume bottle.

It's 16cm high and 5.5cm at it's widest point.

 

Sorry for duplicating some of the photos, mistake trying to post for the first time on the forum via my phone!

 

Does it say "eau de toilette" in full? Going to be a Moroccan perfume bottle. And not necessarily old.

I can only read de toilet on the base, there isn't any other words, but I assume is meant to say Eau De Toilette
