Very old ? Pottery platter mystery

I purchased this platter about 6 or 7 years ago. I have researched it on and off over that time. I have written to people all over the world and have looked at thousands of images. I have not been able to find anything that looks like it and still have no real clue as to the age. I can find things with sort of similar elements, but the coat of arms is the confusing part. I am also not sure what the leaf type is for the outer motif. It measures 16" across, is made of a tan clay and has a bit of a warp to it. There are 2 holes put through the rim before firing, which makes me think it was made to be hung on the wall. There are multiple glazes which you can see in the pictures, including a tan colored glaze which for the most part has fallen off. There is a mark on the bottom which looks like a 22, however I am inclined to believe that it is Arabic. In some senses it appears to be crudely made and in others it is very finely detailed. Any help figuring out what this is would be greatly appreciated. One person suggested Cuerda Seca.

 

Despite fleur de lis motif, it's likely going to be Spanish or Italian. And not going to be terribly old as it was designed for decorative hanging.

Well it is cuerda seca technique so most likely Spanish, and the coat of arms, well it looks like two fleur de lys are part of it ...

 

I like that explanation, it addresses the physical age of the plate and the appearance of the decoration. Thanks.
