    I’m guessing this is Scandinavian? It is on a brooch, I’m deciding about. Does anyone know this daisy shaped mark?

    Yup. Norwegian I would bet. Just looked through the 925 site list of Norwegian makers marks, but did not see a match for the little flower symbol. Maybe Cheryl knows? @DragonflyWink

    Very nice, inh.
    As far as I know Hjortdahl worked for a couple of others before starting his own workshop in the early 30s. By that time the Norwegians had already begun to use .925, as well as their traditional .830.
    That type of safety clasp on an oval pad was introduced in the 1930s as well. No exact date for the brooch, but I hope this helps.
