How old is this teapot?

    My great grandmother took care of an old man who had no children back in the 1940s. When he died, she received this teapot. I just am wondering how old it is and who made it. I haven’t seen any markings on it.

    Looks like a "Hall" teapot from the top lid, but I don't have my books with me.
