Help With Charles Marchant Boxes

    20160629_150027-1600x848.jpg 20160629_150048-1600x1140.jpg These decoupage boxes, one found at an estate sale and the other found on ebay, are both signed by Charles Marchant and any information on the maker would be great.

    Absolutely charming. I would think Italy as a source. The choice of Modigliani portraits and the pietra dura pattern both point there and the paper also looks of Italian manufacture. 1960s.
