Well I was inspired by the question about the bone china with the floral gold like painting. Here are two photos of a couple of pieces of a childs tea set (it is complete with 4 cups 4 small plates (saucers?), sugar bowl with lid, creamer and a "waste bowl" that my husbands Grandmother (c1895-1990) said belonged to her grandmother(lived c. 1840-1920) or great grandmother (lived 1810-1890) or another little girl. So my question is does this look like that vintage? Many thanks in advance for any help--the backs have no marks other than some hand painted numbers.

Here is one of the front of a small plate/saucer. I tried to 15812046378231706071823.jpg load up the back but got an error message. Thanks again for you quick reply, Maria

Are you taking the pictures with a phone or a camera?

Looks Victorian to me, from limited pics I'd say 1860's

A phone, no other camera. Then I email them to myself and open them on my laptop. Pretty old tech, and I have a pathetic E4Moto phone and archaic laptop to match.

That would be helpful if so. Then I could narrow ownership to two people Grandmother's grandmother or Grandmothers great aunt on the otherside(who I'm kind of favoring right now since Ihave some dolls Im pretty sure were hers and she was young in the 1850s or so. Otherwise if the set is older, there are more little girls to consider.

The date is only approximate, it could be 1850's too!

Many thanks! I'm calling it for the spinster great aunt of my husband's grandmother. This tea set and her dolls (mostly just heads now) will be a nice way keep her in the family stories.
