Hi, I found a few simple planters coming from a trip to NY. They were in a thrift in North Carolina. The siggy on this small 6" x4" x3" high piece is making me nuts
I can see there is a star in a circle
USA and some numbers? Does anyone know who made this? I know it is hard to read. IMG_4198.jpeg
    Thank you!

    Hi Geno-
I'm tempted to say Hull but I'm not sure. They made a lot of green planters and this looks like it might be their work. The word hull would be all in lower case and in script. Can you read the numbers?

IMHO this looks like the type of wares that were made primarily for the florist industry. Generally the florist were most interested in the function, and price.

I must have done something illegal by posting a link to a Cookson Pottery planter for sale on another site? The number is 336.

Sorry, 3360. You can find some with clear marks.
