    On Ebay folks often refer to these as "smokers". If you Ebay search "German smoker" you will see a lot of similar. Seem to be thousands of variations out there.

    My Dad had one that he bought back in the 1970's...maybe in a little German gift shop/Deli in Wawa Ontario...
