    look like rose cut....maybe diamonds....but we can't tell for sure.....you need a gemologist ............

    Could be zircon or diamond,the oval stone in the round bezel looks like a modern replacement. Stones would need to be tested.

    it's possible......but no one can tell a stone from a photo ------- so sez...

    That said.....what's the metal ???

    Rose cut diamonds, nice milgrain.
    The gold is tarnished, will polish up nicely. Maybe 9kt.
    1850-1880?

    Later, IMHO:) the milgrain and design speaks art deco to me.

    And millegrain edges became popular in the 1910s.
    They could have reused old stones. And agree, you need to have them tested.
