    I haven't seen one before, but the shell is Nautilus shaped.

    Kardinalisimo, I really like the "pendant cap" on the piece. It is quite striking to my eye. ;)

    Half of a Nautilus shell,the reverse is filled with some type of material.The living chamber has also been removed.
