Art Nouveau (?) iridescent metallic cobalt blue art glass vase, please help ID!

    Good Evening,
    I picked this vase up a few days ago and I’m looking for some help in regards to possible ID or type of glass. I haven’t cleaned it except for wiping it down with a damp cloth and there is some hard residue on it. It measures just over 8” tall and is 3½” at the widest point. There is a green felt bottom that is nearly detached from the piece, there appears to be writing on it but it’s illegible due to age and wear. Any thoughts?

    Modern craft have-a-go style. Not Art Nouveau by a long shot.

    Clean off the felt and lets see what's left of the sig.

    I agree with Blooey,but gorgeous nonetheless . Could possibly be Chinese with that unpolished rim .

    does anyone know "rosenthal classic rose" series ? seems they have similar stuff.
