Help on an ID of a mark

    Can anyone help on the mark attached to the queer looking decorative ceramics?
    ( though am not sure if it is ceramics).thanks.

    I thought maybe it said lavender and that it could have had an infused scent. Maybe something for a dresser drawer?

    Thanks all...the " C Louedy" suggestion seems most likely but still it is a mystery...any ideas on the manufacturer?
