Hanging pottery planter, England

At least I think it reads England...?
Any ideas on who made it or what the color/glaze is called? Thanks for your time. Approx 4" high.

I don't even have a guess!
And I'm not sure if I like it or not... we're buddies so we can say that kind of thing to each other, right?
I have mixed feelings. It's memorable, which is big with me, but... it's just so... pushy! It's wearing too much make-up. If it were a person, it would be my sister-in-law Cindy.

I like it, maybe Bretby, they did similar dimples, ruffled rims and colors.

 

It's a bit vivid for Bretby. Might be Birmantofts.

I don't know if Bretby had a habit of not fully marking some of their pieces. Looks like the bottom is rounded, I figured if it is unmarked Bretby it was because the full mark would be seen and detract from the piece when hanging.
