Art Glass Help Karg Disc and Phoenix Studio piece

    Trying to get some info on these pieces first is this signed Karg 1995 disc paperweight. My question is that I see these listed as Rollin Karg and Jim Karg. Can anyone tell me which is correct? Next is this Phoenix Studio piece. I can not find any other examples like this. It is about 8" tall. The back of the piece is cut out in the shape of the face. Anyone seen another like this?

    The face is Buddha, I think. That should help with search.
