Is this Fenton?

    image.jpeg Does anyone know who the maker of this dish is? And really what it would be used for? Doesn't make a very good candy dish. It looks like Fenton to me but I don't know. It is about 4 1/2 inch tall. TIA everybody!!

    I didn't mean to post this with just one picture but I am trying to use my iPhone because my laptop is a piece of ?. Does anyone know how to resize pics on iPhone that will download. Sorry about the one picture. I don't know why this one downloaded and the others will not. I accidentally pushed send.

    pretty sure it's the illusive Piasa Bird rosebowl. some think American due to the legend of the Piasa Bird and some think maybe Sowerby tho' there is no proof known.

    edit for those who want to know:
    the Piasa (pronounced pie-a-saw) Bird was named by the Illini tribe from the current area of Alton, Illinois.
