Help me determine what kind of postage stamp image

Hello. I just found these - postage stamps. I'm not a religious person, but I understand that the images tell a biblical story. I really liked this painting. And I want to find the author to see his other works. There's nothing written on the postal stamps themselves to determine even the country of manufacture. If you help me identify them, I can find the artist. Or maybe someone already knows the author. Thank you in advance.
