Found on two tea poys with 19th c. indistinct label. Underglaze blue. Is it a W? An M? a CW? Who is this maker?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Certainly European in original. I'd say late 18th/early 19th century.

Not ever Worcester. Continental maybe, but not anywhere near as early as 1800s. That supposed label has been added to give purported age.
