Asian pottery for ID and possible translation

    Hi all, I have had this piece for a while and have never been able to ID the mark or the silver sticker on the side.
    I am not even sure what to call it.
    It stands 12" tall and 5 1/2" at the top diameter.
    I am showing the mark two ways as I am not sure what is right side up
    Made of Brown Earthenware or clay? and glazed white.
