This is an old drum or bongo I purchased at the TS yesterday. The drum measures about 7 1/2" tall with a 3 1/2" top and a 6 1/2" bottom at it's widest point.

I think it's probably from Africa from the few similar ones I saw while researching this one. Does anyone know who, where and when this drum may have been made or any other info? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Thanks 2manybooks, you are correct! I thought it was a drum so I didn't bother to try and open it!
