Atla Silver Bowl

    Hello! First time member. I have a question. I just received this beautiful bowl and have no idea what the worth is or any other info. It is stamped "Alta". Wondering if anyone can give me any info. Thanks! wwwww.jpg

    Silver plate doesnt really bring much . There are exceptions to that rule ,but they are rare.

    Sadly the plating seems to have worn off in the middle which makes it even less desirable.

    Hello, San Dee! If Alta is all there is for a mark, I agree with Johnny that the bowl is likely silver plated. Can you give us a closer look at the underside of the bowl where there appears to be some mark that doesn't look like Alta to me.

    Yup. That's it - both the Atla mark and the 2 towers for silver plated.
