2 Marcel Multzer watercolor over pencil and ink sketches for Sarah Bernhardt, 1907...

So cool, but I haven't been able to locate recent prices... and only one estimate from 2004 of 300 GBP - 500 GBP, but no subscription...

The connection of this person to the SB film Queen Elizabeth is questionable since a Paul Poiret is thought to have done the costume design. Scroll way down here:

I found several sketches, watercolors, by Marcel Multzer for operas. In none of them was he the costume designer. I couldn't find any of his sketches actually for sale for an estimate of value except for 2 that were listed on the artprice.com website where a subscription is needed to see the auction results.

The back tag is a little confusing, I agree - but these are not for Queen Elizabeth, and possibly for the stage production, not the film. We have the receipt from Spencer gallery...
These are for Sleeping Beauty... It looks like "Prince Landry" was for Bernhardt, the "Courtier" for another cast member.
