    If the inside isn't glazed it really wouldn't be good for much. Looks like a production piece that was never finished - possibly because of the damage. Frankly, if it was mine I'd toss it. JMHO.

    Okay, that's a little different then. Might qualify as a posy or bud vase. It's kind of small but in a grouping or as a table accent in a restaurant it might work. Nothing really artistic about it and with that damage...
