Let me introduce myself.

Hello, my name is David and I am in East Tennessee. I love older things mainly due to the craftsmanship and pride that went into things from long ago. Things were made to last, not like todays disposable stuff. I have a few older pieces of furniture and a few other antiques. I like Native American artifacts and old coins as well.I came here looking for info about a couple items I have had for about 20 years that I have not been able to figure out. I'll be in and out from time to time. Thanks in advance for your help and information.

David, I think "we" share a mountain range (Blue Ridge). I'm going to ask a nosy question and you don't have to answer if you don't want to but I am curious.

Here's my question: do you play a dulcimer? Did/do any of your relatives play a dulcimer?
