Featured Antique Three Ringed Decanter ???

    I purchased this Antique Decanter several years ago. What I don't know is who made it and it's age.

    It's an old one I think, does the stopper fit perfectly or is it a bit wobbly or off-centre? Stopper looks molded (rather than cut) in the photo - is it?

    The stopper is a perfect fit, no wobble and it's cut glass.

    I must say you guys are fantastic. I went and clicked the site shown and almost imediately found it was a 19th century 1830's Small Georgian three-ringed Prussian style decanter.     Spot on for an early 19th C decanter, especially the greyish glass. I've got Andy McConnell's briliant book on the history of the decanter, it's worth buying.
