Pair of 9" Three Ring Glass Decanter ???

    I have a pair of three ringed decanters in clear glass. They have cut glass ribs and scallop cuts on the neck and down the body also on the cut glass egg timer hollow stoppers which are original to both decanters. They are both 9" in height. I would appreciate it if someone can please identify maker and age.

    Time period and origin should be about the same as your other 3 ring decanter.
