USPS website no longer shows First Class Options?

When I tried to get a price on shipping a large envelope, the only options other than Priority were Media Mail and Retail Ground. There wasn't a single First Class option. Is this a glitch or is there something new that I missed? The envelop weighs 12 ounces.

I just went to the website and it shows me first class options for a large 12oz envelope. It does show required limits such as more than 1/4"thick etc.

I'm seeing all First Class options for a 12 oz parcel/envelope. Sure you didn't miss a field and put in 12 lbs.?

Thank you both for looking. I didn't even think about switching browser until I saw your posts. I was using Chrome so I tried IE and Firefox and now I'm seeing First Class. I went back to Chrome and still no First Class so it is definitely an issue with Chrome. Strange.

Chrome doesn't give me the option about thick envelope, to stiff, irregular, it just brings up the options and prices minus First Class. I tried to get a price on a regular letter size envelope weighing 2 ounces and it gave me a retail ground rate of $7.95!

Must be something weird going on. I just did a rate check on a package and first class came up just fine.

I went next door and tried my neighbor's computer and he had the same problem, there was no First Class on Chrome. Firefox was fine. ????? It really is odd.

I got it from Chrome just fine. Now however Paypal shipping is insisting Florida is a foreign country with no postal service connection to the US. Last week it was South Carolina. Did the South secede again and it didn't make the news? (LOL)

Well since SC was the first to secede the last time it is entirely possible, but I drove by the state house yesterday & the flag has not returned so not likely. ;):p:rolleyes::D:D:D

It does become a royal PITA when you have to change from Chrome to Firefox to IE depending on what website you are trying to access. :grumpy::grumpy::grumpy::grumpy:
